Bet45 Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules in Brazil

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "bet45" or "Platform": refers to the bet45.best website, the mobile app, and all services offered by the operating company, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, poker, and the VIP Program.
• "User" or "You": any individual who has created an account on bet45 and uses its services.
• "Account": the individual profile created by the user upon registration, linked to a unique CPF and email address.
• "Real Balance": the amount in BRL (R$) deposited by the user or won through bets and games, available for use or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance": credit granted by bet45 through promotions, subject to rollover requirements before it can be withdrawn.
• "Rollover": the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Pix": instant payment system regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil, available as a deposit and withdrawal method on the platform.
• "Markets": the betting options available for a given sporting event, such as final result, exact score, goals, or other outcomes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create an account and use bet45's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bet45 is strictly prohibited for minors.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid, active CPF.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. False information will result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of any balance.

• Not be an employee, partner, representative, or immediate family member of an employee of bet45 or any game supply partner listed on the platform.

Bet45 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including a national ID, driver's license, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used. This process, known as KYC (Know Your Customer), is required by regulation and is designed to protect users against unauthorized use of their account.

3 User Account

The user is solely responsible for the security of their bet45 account credentials. This includes:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for added security.
• Notify bet45 support immediately if you detect any unauthorized access or suspect your account has been compromised.
• Do not transfer, sell, or hand over your account to another person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Bet45 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the user failed to keep their credentials secure. If a security breach is suspected, the platform may temporarily lock the account until the account holder's identity is confirmed.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support at contato@bet45.best. Prior to closure, any available real balance may be withdrawn provided identity verification requirements have been met.

4 Deposits

Bet45 accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:

• Pix — instant processing, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Primary and recommended method.
• Credit card — Visa and Mastercard, subject to issuer approval.
• Debit card — Visa and Mastercard debit.
• Bank slip (Boleto) — up to 1 business day for clearance after payment.
• PicPay — processed within minutes.
• Mercado Pago — processed within minutes.

All deposits must be made in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted. bet45 reserves the right to decline deposits and request supporting documentation of the source of funds in the event of unusual activity, in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation.

5 Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of their available real balance at any time, subject to the conditions below:

• Minimum withdrawal: BRL 30.00 per request.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as the one used for the deposit, or a method linked to the account holder's CPF, for security purposes.
• Pix withdrawals are processed within minutes for VIP Program members at the Silver level and above, and within 24 hours for all other members.
• Withdrawals via boleto bancário or TED bank transfer are processed within up to 3 business days.
• Bet45 may request verification documents before processing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or for the first withdrawal request from a newly created account.

Bet45 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by the recipient bank are the user's responsibility. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the registered user's name — never to third parties.

6 Sports Betting

Sports bets on bet45 are subject to the following general rules:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the cash out feature is available and used within the permitted timeframe.
• Bet45 reserves the right to suspend or void bets in the event of an obvious odds error (odds manifestly outside market parameters), technical issues that compromise the integrity of the event, or suspected match-fixing.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or permanently suspended, bets are refunded at the original stake to the real balance.
• Parlay (combined) bets are treated as a single bet. If one selection is voided, that selection's multiplier is set to 1.00 and the remaining selections stay valid.
• The minimum accepted odds for bets placed using bonus funds is 1.50. Bets placed at odds below this threshold do not count toward rollover completion.

7 Casino Games

8 Bonuses & Promotions

Bet45 offers periodic bonuses and promotions subject to specific conditions. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are:

• Each user is entitled to each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer rules.
• The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 is available on the first deposit only. Deposits via Pix, credit card, PicPay, or Mercado Pago are eligible. Boleto deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 10x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the real balance resulting from completing the rollover is eligible for withdrawal.

9 VIP Program

Bet45's VIP Program is free and automatically activated for all registered users. The program runs across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Elite — based on the monthly points accumulated by each user.

• Points are calculated based on wagering volume: 1 point per R$ 10.00 on Sports Betting, 2 points on slots and live casino, 1.5 points on poker and crash games.
• Tier status is updated every Monday based on the current month's points. Points reset at the beginning of each month.
• The weekly cashback is calculated on the net betting volume for the week (Monday through Sunday) and credited the following Monday.

10 Responsible Gambling

• Complicity in or participation in money laundering or sports match-fixing schemes.

13 Account Closure

A bet45 account may be closed in the following ways:

• At the user's request: at any time, via email support. Any available real balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.
• Self-exclusion: users may close their account for responsible gambling reasons for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. The real balance is returned after the verification period.
• For Terms Violation: bet45 may immediately close the account upon confirmation of any prohibited conduct listed in clause 12. In such cases, the bonus balance is forfeited and the real balance may be held for investigation for up to 30 days.
• Due to inactivity: accounts with no login activity for more than 24 months may be closed. The user will be notified by email 30 days in advance. Any available real balance may be withdrawn up to the closure date.

14 Limitation of Liability

Bet45 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets or games placed on the platform. Betting carries inherent risk and outcomes are never guaranteed.
• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events (power outages, connectivity failures, natural disasters).
• Access issues caused by the user's unstable internet connection during gaming sessions.
• Decisions made by referees, sports commissions, or authorities that alter the outcome of an event after betting has closed.
• Content on third-party websites that may be linked from the platform.

Bet45 is committed to resolving technical errors promptly and to refunding bets affected by confirmed platform failures. In the event of an obvious odds error — defined as odds significantly outside market parameters for the event in question — the bet may be cancelled and the original stake returned as real balance.

15 Changes to Terms and Conditions

Bet45 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian legislation, industry regulations, platform features, or internal policies.

• Users will be notified of relevant changes with a minimum of 15 days' notice via registered email and a visible notification on the platform.
• The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new terms take effect. Any available real balance may be withdrawn normally.

16 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular:

• Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002)
• Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990)
• General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018)

Any dispute arising from the use of the bet45 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo/SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
